For sale is my 2010 Touareg Luxury Limited V6 TDI in Sapphire Blue.
It has the 2 tone Black and White interior and every feature that was available on the vehicle at the time.
It has the Luxury Limited Package which includes: 2 tone Black and White leather interior with a carbon fibre type looking trim pieces, heated steering wheel, 12-way power adjustable seats, 20-inch wheels, and the factory body colored sport body kit.
It has the Premium Technology Package which includes: RNS510 Hard Drive based navigation system, Dynaudio sound system, Bluetooth, Rear Back-up camera, Bi-xenon headlamps, Keyless entry and start, etc...
The vehicle also comes with the 4 corner Air suspension.
I have owned some very nice vehicles in my time and without a doubt this was the best engineered vehicle I have ever owned or had the privilege to drive. For those who are familiar with these vehicles, you know what a rare gem this one is. I was supposed to sell it last year, but I was doing everything in my power to keep it, but unfortunately I have to get a 3-row seater so she has to go on the market.
My local VW dealer has maintained the vehicle since I owned it and she is in excellent condition. I would say near perfect condition. I pride myself in maintaining my vehicles as new as possible.
With that said, this vehicle has around 90k miles so it does have some wear and tear although nothing near the amount of miles that it has. Only 3 things of note... The first thing to note is the passenger side rear quarter panel has a small dent in it. My mother was staying me with me at one point and backed her car into mine accidentally. It is barely noticeable unless you are looking right at it and trying to find the dent. This dent can be pulled out, but I never did because it's not really noticeable unless you're looking for it.
The other thing to note is the driver side seat has very little signs of use. I only mention this because all the other seats in the car look brand new white and being white seats it was a feat in itself to keep them in this condition. The driver seat is the only one that doesn't look brand new, but again it has very little signs of use. It doesn't take away from the pristine condition of the vehicle. I tried capturing the seat condition in pictures, but it doesn't show up in the pix since it's very minimal. Anybody buying white seats would want to know the condition of the seats I imagine, so I figured I would try my best to explain.
And there is a small scratch on the passenger side rear door.
Other than the 3 items above, everything else in the car is fully functional. No fault codes or issues whatsoever and she has been very good to me. She still gets 29mpgs on trips and averages about 22mpgs when driven daily (unless my wife is at the wheels then she does 20mpgs :D ) .
Also, she will be needing new tires soon.
I have all the keys the vehicle came with, along with the manuals. I also have the title of the vehicle.
Please let me know any questions you may have.

You got a rather rare one there in that it has air suspension and xenons's. Most I have seen like this had neither. I love this color and only wish it would have came with a full anthracite interior. GLWS and it is a great looking Treg!!

Sadly the steering wheel is on the wrong side.......Nice car, which should be an easy sale.

Better option, sell the children, and keep the car..would ultimately be cheaper.... LOL

@mpm T2 TDI, what's ACC? Sorry i'm not the most savvy of the various options the TREGs came with over the years. I know the T2s lost some nice features from the earlier V10 models so they don't compete with the Q7 and Cayenne...

Thanks for the kind words everyone. I do have a little wiggle room in the asking price as usual so i'm hoping somebody picks it up. Most importantly, somebody who will take care of her as she is such a great vehicle.

Identical to mine except colour and air suspension. Mine also has rear window shades and power folding mirrors. It's a Canadian Highline model.

The rear window shades and power folding mirrors are two things I don't understand why they removed in later years or are they more rare than I think?

Beautiful Touareg by the way. I showed it to my wife and the only negative she could come up with was getting back into a car payment. Unfortunately, that was enough.

Good luck with the sale.

It was available on T2's in 2008 and 2009, not sure about 2010 though. Very rare indeed.

@Pilot, yes the car is still available and I am taking offers.
For the sake of full disclosure, the car is also on eBay and cars.com and I have received one interesting offer but waiting for confirmation whether he is going to go through with it or not. But for now, the car is available until the first serious person comes through.

I think we are all thinking the same thing... maybe he will have trouble selling it and I can swoop in and get it for a great price!

On another note, is it just me or are the tire pressures really high?

#30 ·
Gotta say, it's a rare bird, in fine condition, at a compelling price...

You didn't mention, so fare to assume, there is no extended warrantee on this Sapphire gem (sorry couldn't resist ;))?

#31 ·
@mpm no it doesn't come with any extended warranty. It expires at $70k. And this vehicle had been so solid with me and I take care of our so well that I didn't see the need to get one took be honest. They're very reliable trucks, at least the tdi is as you guys know.

@k21975, the 2010s don't have memory seats. One of the many features they pulled from the vehicle. Makes no sense to me, but oh well.
That feature to me should be a basic on a luxury vehicle, but VW thought otherwise.

My 2010 has memory seats. It's a Canadian Highline model. Also has rear window shades, power folding mirrors, HID lights, auto dimming mirrors and heated steering wheel.

Our Tregs are twins!!! I mean to the smallest detail! Well, except for the dent. My daughter just discovered that my Treg is a bit longer in the nose than her JSW...and hit a parked car. So the dents are in a different spot.

However, she is paying for the new paint!!!

This car is awesome, and I get comments on it all the time. The blue with the brushed aluminum accents really pops.

Can someone just hurry up and buy this beauty! I need to move on to the "Ah, man, I missed out on a great one" phase of this fantasy. I dreamt last night that I drove down from Boston with my Treg, rented a trailer and towed her home. Stopping half way to switch drivers. (Meaning, putting the Hybrid on the trailer and driving home with the TDI!) That way, I could make the whole trip back with out stopping for gas once!

I second that!

I need to stop thinking I want to upgrade the 04 V8. I already have my diesel tow vehicle, I don't 'need' another. (Note: "Want" and "need" are not at all related.)

@k21975, if you came down to get it, you could probably drive back to Boston on one tank of diesel and a very lil bit more. Filled my TReg down here once, drove all the way to NYC, and spent the better part of the following day driving in NYC before I stopped and refilled. This car has a ridiculous range when filled.... And I don't drive exactly the speed limit either. I always average 9mmph above the speed limit.

But with that said, sale is pending in the car. There is a guy coming down tomorrow morning to pick it up. Will update thread when deal is done.
Thank you everyone.
