My 2011 TDI is 11 months old and has just clocked over 44,000 km. Booked in for its 45k service end of next week.

I seen some on this site w/ a lot more but mine just turned 92,000.

Wasn't his French registered and therefore that 500K is kms?

my 08 is about to turn 60k miles, if i keep this commute of 200 miles a day up i should have the highest mileage Gasser VR6

 

2010 V6 TDI.......Just hit 100,000 miles on the way to work.....original drive shaft bearing and brakes.

 

2011 TDI just over 60K

 

Just a smidge under 152,000 miles this morning. Will put 1500 on it in a few weeks during vacation.

 

My current one has 120,000 miles.

I was wondering wether people actually read the title of the thread before replying to one, this one surely answers it...CANDIDATES FOR HIGHEST MILEAGE ONLY, it's not fun for someone that's trying to find valuable info through a thread to go though pages of people yapping about (in this case) having made it to 40K mile mark! Jesus...

 

My Vehicle Diesel Miles

My 1996 GMC Sub 6.2 L diesel had 200mi when gifted to my daughter and used another 10K mi. Towed my 27ft with 10ft beam, twin inboard, many miles in MN and WI.

The present diesel is a 2014 Lux. So far great, terrible owners manual and dumb dealers. My dealer could not remove the rear center headrest.

 

Not THE highest, but currently listed for sale in OZ:
R5 with 312218 klms and a V10TDI with 306820 klms. Both look good, especially the V10.

and it's a V10. He must have had one hell of a warranty to keep that beast running past 300,000 KM.

 

Either that, or he has very large bank account...

Are you looking at buying the beast? I hear it also puts the fear in monster trucks.

 

Not with that many kms...I drive a lot to begin with...I'm not scared of mileage as long as service records are present...

 

My 07 3.6 V6 right at 118,000.

 

2004 v10, rolled off the assembly line on Dec. 16 2004. 291,000 km and change as I type this.... Just changed the fluids on both diffs. Still runs very well.....

Did a tail shaft on a guys V10 tonight
Photo equates to 261,000 miles and she still goes strong.
Sure it leaks oil every where, the front diff is surprisingly only a bit noisy and it has lots of small rattles and thumps but you name any car with that mileage under its belt that wouldn't have these issues.
She will be up for sale soon, would be worth next to nothing also would be a very brave person to buy it above a give away.
