I would like to see this head unit is there a link to it.

More than likely it would work with the proper CAN BUS adapter. but next ask this question in the mobile electronics forum.

Yeah, I'd like to see a link too. What year Treg is it going into and what year Passat is it from?

VW infiniti If you have the money to gamble with go ahead and take the plunge they say it is for B5 and Golf Mark IV if I am not mistaken their Steering wheel controls should be similar to the touareg's.

Yours is a 2004 right?

For that much cash why not just buy an OEM Toaureg Nav that you know will work and you know will fit...otherwise if you're going to macgiver it just buy a Pioneer Avic D3 or Kenwood dnx 5200 or something similar for the same amount of cash, both would be superior to what you're looking at.

Because of the computer feature on that radio. Can I hook a computer up to the OEM? Or the Pioneer?

If you're looking for video/audio display, yes...they will all work.
