Hello,

I have a broken Windshield Wiper Linkage (Front) and I would like some help.

First is there any technical document to. disassemble this item ?

What is the correct part number for the Touareg 7L6 R5 BPE ?

I will try to fix it if I can but I will need the part number just in case I need to order.

Thanks

Are you talking about the windshield wiper transmission?
Try part # 7L6955023 if so.

Than I believe the above part# is what you are looking for. It's called a wiper transmission. Google that part# and you can look at images of the part.

Please be aware that left hand drive vehicles and right hand drive are different ( to state the obvious). Attached is the sticker(part number) for my Right Hand Drive (steering wheel on the right side of car).
Vw Touareg,
2007
2.5tdi
Diesel .
Hope this helps .
PS, I also took note of the motor number, which is
7 L6 955 119 A
These numbers where taken from the wiper motor assembly.

You’ll need to check the exact part number based on your VIN, but for the VW Touareg 7L (R5 BPE engine), the front windshield wiper linkage part number is typically 7L1955603B. For disassembly, you’ll need to remove the wiper arms, then the cowl cover to access the linkage. It’s usually held by a few bolts and connected to the wiper motor. If you can’t find a repair manual, check ETKA (VW parts catalog) or ElsaWin (VW workshop manuals) for detailed instructions.
