Maybe it's been discussed here before, but I found a cool option code decoder. You can enter all the three digit option codes and the decoder will tell you all the options your car was built with.
You can find the sticker in your spare tire area (mine was in the front left corner when I opened the spare tire hatch cover in the back). It will be a printed sticker with your VIN on the top and a whole bunch of other letters and numbers. You might also find a sticker with the information in your owners manual in the 1.1 Maintenance book.
The option codes are at the very bottom in several rows of 8 columns. Each code is three digits and the font for each is the same. Within the codes there are no zeros, only capital O. Enter them in all caps and separate the codes by semicolons.
The decoder is found VW Group Option Codes Decoder
