What was gained with the bluetooth module? Wasn't one already included? Can you share where you tapped in to get the signal for the subwoofer? Did you have to use a low-hi level converter?

mine came without the bluetooth function and its a US$1000 option if i add the blue tooth function.

Managed to hook up the Kafutec bluetooth module with half the price. SUbwoofer mods posting in awhile.

18inch Stock VW with tyre weighs 35kg each. 22inch DPE MT10 with tyre weighs 31kg each, a weight saving of 4kg per wheel.

Subwoofer is mounted right below the passenger side glove compartment

A interface cum adaptor is provided by NEW GENERATION sound specialist to work with VW original processor without cutting original wires. VW original sound processor is located behind right side panel of trunk. Bass level control is adjustable using original touchscreen.

Will be installing an after market TV tuner in the coming weeks. Stay tuned for mods pics.

Why not get a set of the 6 piston that came on the first Gen Tregs? They worked awesome.

 

Anyone knows where can i get this bumper with larger intake vents? This will be my next mod if i can get hold of this bumper.

You will have to buy the tips together with the rear bumper.....

Anyway, i will be posting more pics of my ride with the ABT kit soon. the eariler pics were not sharp and did not reflect the kit well.

I'm not sure that front will fit your 2010 without substantial modification... VW is renowned for making sure you can't cheaply upgrade from one year to the next generation ... (see 2011 headlights for those of us who wanted to swap...).
