Not a problem on mine. It seems to keep it's support well, and I have mine adjusted at more or less max pressure.

It takes a while for mine to pump up..you have to keep the knob pushed for a while before anything happens. Once pumped though it seems to stay that way.

 

Huh, the lumbar on my '10 is pretty quick to fill. I wonder what they did different on the T3.

 

It shouldn't move, it's just a movable cam thingie, not an air pressure device. Unless the electric motor is winding back under load it should just sit where you set it. There have been many posts though about seat adjustments changing over time, but that seems to be an issue with the memory spots creeping off for some reason that still hasn't been resolved by VW or anyone. Please correct me if I'm wrong anyone. John

 

Yeah , this seems to fade as if it were air pressure leaking out.

Looks like a trip to the dealer once I stop working seven days a week, around Thanksgiving!
