It will show up once 'electronically installed' and coded. Please don't expect that a new module will show up in a scan by simply physically installing it.
When a new module is introduced to the network the can gateway needs to be coded and then associated modules need to be coded for it to network and exchange messages.
Re which vcds, pick from here, based on limited or unlimited use

Hello bro I haven’t installed premium headlights yet. I still have original low end headlights installed company fitted. When I tested premium headlight I just removed the headlight plug and plug in to premium headlight to check it’s working or not. So with my company fitted headlights I can’t see D6 D7 in VCDS full scan if they coded.

But my company fitted headlights I think already electronically installed and coded then why company fitted headlights not showing in VCDS ? but they showed in my other diagnostic tool ?
