I was in a similar position myself, needing a full-sized spare but being faced with the expense of a full set. I convinced the seller that he'd get more money if he sold them separately, and managed to buy just two from him, one which I kept, the other being sold off for almost as much as I paid for two, so win-win for the seller and for me

Dub, yes you are correct, it is a different stud pattern and offset.

 

I have a set of Launch Edition wheels (unmarked) that I took off my car at 3,000km. If any one is interested, I am think of selling three and keeping one as a spare for myself. If any one is interested is buying one or even the whole set PM me. The wheels have the sensors, wheel centres and Pirelli P Zero tyres. I woud be looking at about $550 each and am located in Sydney.

I'm looking to purchase a set of 4 x 20" Braga Launch Edition wheels. (Wheels only). I only need one as a full size spare, so who would be interested in purchasing a single spare wheel? Will have 3 to sell? I just need one interested party to pull the trigger.

 

20" Touareg single wheels are a rare commodity, I listed one, for a 7P, on eBay and it sold in very short time, whereas my 18" with almost a new tyre is still languishing in the For Sale section.

 

I have one 20" Launch Edition Braga Rim as new for sale and will give a good price to a community member. A must have rare item for those wanting a full size spare! PM me for details! Or you can purchase through your VW service centre for $1595

 

I just sold a 20" OEM wheel complete with tyre for $150 for a 7P Touareg and the buyer was delighted.

Brilliant. This looks very practical. I guess the tool insert from the space-saver fits the full-sized rim the same as the space-saver. Did you build this yourself? Are you still able to utilise the net behind the back seats? What impact on tow ball weight?
