I have Touareg V6 Automatic gear. Air suspension is not working while the Air compressor is working. Dumping is so hard that i can not drive it. when i check the air line for rear damper there is no air flow.

Where can i find whole schema of this suspension system : from where air is comming and how it works ?

The pump is under the passenger seat. The air tank is by your spare.

My guess is your rear line or lines are leaking where they thread into to the air springs due to corroding and cracking.

I don't think corrosion will be an issue in Oman!

I don’t think that is corrosion.

To day with hep of diagnostic technician, we open the cover for compressor located under the right side. The compressor is working and there is no lack. We try to disconnect the aire lines connected to the Main vale switch, no air is coming out.

When we connect the tire inflation system ( directly connected to compressor) we have a pressure of 3.6 Bar.

So, it can be the can be the main switch valve than can’t open, may be due to suspension computer problem or fuse , etc ?

I was confused the car is undriveable with very hard dumping.

I seems very difficult to repair as the diagnostic don’t deviler any information except low pressure. And VW Oman refuse to deal with such problem they have no experience on air suspension they recommend to change all the system for 5000 USD.

Is it possible to remove this system and put in place normal suspensions, how mach it will cost ?

For anyone else with experience of air reading this, I think "dumping" is "damping" as in suspension damping in case you're puzzled but can help.
