I have a Malone tune with DPF and EGR deletes. Car is currently having the intakes/throttle bodies and egr valves cleaned and replacing the fuel and tandem pump gaskets.

Question is should the EGR cooler just be deleted while it is out, Anyone know what EGR Delete plates will work? Plenty to chose from if I had a jetta!

Awesome! can't wait to get it back on the road and she how she does with the intakes cleaned, they were nasty!

I have done some work with a guy and in the process of the DPF and EGR delete we removed the whole cooler assembly in the valley and replaced it with a custom made oil catch can unit. Just block off the EGR at the exhaust manifold connection and remove all the pipe work and cooler. Loop the coolant hoses back. Works a treat as the space available for oil catch install on a V10 is very limited.

I've found there is a lot of extra space if you remove the factory air boxes :)

This is just a test fitment but I have DIY dual snorkels and air filters, so I will have new breather elbows connected to the catch can with some hose, and have them mounted about so on each side, using the factory hard pipe as well. We will see what happens in the next few weeks.
