Build Dates according to VIN

After a long search, I finally rediscovered this info...

See attached file. It shows all '03 to '07 Touaregs' month of manufacture according to VIN. Unfortunately I don't have it for the later models.

Also, I'm not sure if I should've posted this in the DIY/Technical forum. Maybe a nice Mr Moderator can move it if need be...

January 31 2004...

And it was delivered in Feb sometime...

That was quick...

The build date (month/year) should be on the sticker on the drivers door or door jamb.
