The second picture shown is from a Treg with the optional rear differential lock in addition to the standard center differential lock. That's the additional setting in the "straight-down" position.

Never ever turn the diffs on unless you are on a loose or slippery surface so the wheels can slip.

The first three positions of the top picture control the hi-lo range and lock-unlock of the center differential. The final setting in the bottom pic controls the lock-unlock of the rear differential only.

Then,

As i read, treg locks the differential automatically when it needs, if the selection knob is on "Auto".

Is there any sign or warning that shows the diff has been locked during driving? (In Auto mode)

How can i understand it? Any clues?

the 10 o'clock and 2 o'clock positions can be used on tar/asphalt.

The 4 o'clock position and further on must be on loose unsealed surfaces.

As I understood in auto mode the diff is not (necessarily) locked completely, just to some extent. And this is a versatile process. So many contributing factors: RPMs, speed, steering wheel position, gas pedal position, etc. I believe you'll notice nothing.

Avoid locking diff when driving on normal roads, when any wheel already slipping, while your treg being towed. Lock diffs with gears selector in Neutral position and while making speed of less then 15 km/h.

Hello,
A simple question, for normal daily driving is the nob suppose to be pushed down or is it to be released so that the knob extended up
Just leave it in the down position. You never have to do anything with ut under normal driving conditions. Goes down so you don't have to worry about bumping them or breaking them.

Either way. Must be up if you want to change setting, otherwise down out of the way like YETI said.

Thank you, when in down position do I leave it on high or low, when In the down position
Are the high, low, auto dif. Light suppose to stay on
Low range is only used if you are off road and on a loose surface. Never should be used on paved dry roads. Just leave it turned to the far left when normal driving.
