you need to bleed the abs unit with VCDS

VCDS has a function that cycles the ABS pump. I do not know if this is sufficient because it does not cycle the solenoids that I know of. The alternative is to have the truck transported (flatbed) to the dealer and let them flush out the ABS.

I do not think the DOT 4 LV is the reason. You can try regular DOT 4. I use Valvoline DOT 3/4.

Serious troubles after flush:

-I flush all the brake fluid to my system leaving empty and leaving air go inside (yes, now I know it isn't the proper way)
-I fill fluid and bleed (only open external bleed port each wheel) with "2 person method" several times (more than 3 Litres used)
-Now, I don't have pressure in the pedal and this travel to the end. If a pump quickly the pedal goes hard, and keep the pressure and force several time, but as soon I release the pedal and I wait 3-4 seconds, the pedal go soft and deep again.
I don't feel is air in the system. Feels more like a by-pass in the system.

Any idea? ABS troubleshooting? Any electronic procedure?

I'm using Dot4 Low Viscosity Brake Fluid Amazon.com: Pentosin DOT 4 LV Brake Fluid (1 Liter): Automotive
Maybe I need use the regular viscosity?

Even I change the brake master cylinder pre-bleeding after mount.

Please Help!

do NOT use silicone based brake fluid (I think dot 5 is silicone based)

I had the rotors brakes and control arms replaced and had the front aligned and now the esp light stays on any suggestions? On what it could be? I had to leave at the shop yet another day they don't seem to know

I know on Audis you need to go to a parking lot and do a few tight radius turns in each direction to reset the esp light. I wouldn't rule that out on the Touareg.

Thanks for the link.
I'm in france but the speedbleeders you linked seem better priced.
The stahlbus for for 22€ (25$) a piece !!
I will have to check the thread length.
There are 8 of these on the Touareg (V6 3.2).
Part number 8A0615273. Some site list it as compatible with this one 1K0615273A.
If this is correct dimention os 1K0615273A should be the same as 8A0615273:

I have a Mityvac and tried to use it for brakes once, but it is very fittery in getting it right. Get yourself a Motive Power hand pump that has a good size reservoir. It uses pressure to force the fluid through the system. Much much better than using a vacuum type with a small hand squeeze type which you will be there a very long time bleeding all brake lines. The Motive Power system works much better as you connect the plug to the master cyl and pressurise the system watching the pressure gauge which is fitted to the side. 20-25psi is more than enough. go around starting at the furthest point and open the bleeder screw and release old oil into tube and smaller reservoir. Works effortless. Just make sure to check the main Motive Power reservoir now and again to refill before it gets too low to introduce air (you will have to redo all your bleeding if that happens). I fitted a ÂĽ turn ball valve to lock off the fluid from the reservoir going to the master cylinder so the Motive Power reservoir can be refilled without draining everything.
Hope this helps

Be careful, if you use the Speedbleeder or Stahlbus bleeder. Do not tighten it too much as the bottom taper can distort and it will leak. I have heard a few horror stories about this type of bleeder. the maximum torque is lower than you really think for that size of bleeder.

I have the motive bleeder and used it once. I want something easier. the speedbleeder idea or the one person bleed idea in the above videos is better and quicker I think.
