I checked the Huf site suggested here, but there is no listing for 2008 to 2010 models. Weird. Rock Auto lists 315 and 433 MHz for that year. Checking an online VW dealer with the VIN, it gives the part number 7PP907275F. Searching that on Ebay results in a few sensors for about $32 a set, like this listing: 4Pcs TPMS Tire Pressure Sensor For Touareg Phaeton Audi A4 A6 A8 Q7 433MHz | eBay Anyone try these low cost sensors?

HUF is now BHSens. Link below is where to cross reference.
Ended up ordering these for $25 with a coupon code.

They say HUF on them and according to a VW parts place online that 7P# fit's your 2010.
The only thing I'm leery about is the price. $32 for 4 complete sensors. I think I paid ~$165 for 4 and that was like 5 or 6 years ago.
Definitely report back on how they work out.

I bought a generic 433 MHz set from ebay for around $30 and they worked just fine when they put them in the 2nd set of wheels for my snow tires and I drove away. I got a second set of them to replace whatever was in the stock wheels that were on the Treg when I bought as they were of unknown age. Took that set of wheels to a different shop with the new AT tires and told them specifically to not try to program them. They wrote it on the work order, and of course, the tech tried to program them. That set of sensors doesn't report all the time on all four corners, so I have a TPMS light on on the dash for six months out of the year. I'm lucky to have two reporting - it is generally one or none. I would have been just as well off, and $30 more in my pocket, to have just left the ones in that set of wheels and lived with whatever happened.

That's a shame. Did they give you any explanation as to why they tried to program them when you specifically said not to?

Not really, other than it is standard practice to program them so he was just doing what he normally does. I'm not sure how trying to do that affected them, but it did. I know the vehicle should be able to read them without programming, but this is the third rotation and that set still flakes out. I'm thinking of pulling the fuse, scanning, and putting the fuse back in and rescanning to see if that resets the module.

I got the sensors I mentioned but they didn't say Huf on them and one was DOA and one read 0.5 psi just out of the package. Returned them and got set from another seller for $31,

for $31. These were all good right out of the package.

Went to install them and found the truck had NO sensors installed, and it had like new tires. I never imagined any tire store would do that out of liability issues, but ok. With all installed and pressures adjusted, they read just fine.

Do I need to do a relearn procedure, or just drive it?

I didn't have to clear the fault codes when I put my snow tires on this past Sunday. Drove to work Monday morning minus one light on the dash.

Did you HAVE any existing TPMS fault codes? I would assume if you didn't have fault codes before putting on your snow tires you wouldn't have them after.
This scan seems to think there were faults. When I cleared them, which clears the light, they came right back the next time I drove as evidenced by the light reappearing on the dash. I didn't scan every time as the codes trigger the light.

Sounds like the first seller misrepresented the item they were selling by using deceptive pictures.
Good to hear you got the second set that said HUF on them.

Can the tire pressures be shown on the MFD? The only thing I found was what the system considers normal pressure, 39/46, but I can't find a way to see the pressures themselves.
From the fuel economy display (avg mpg or the like), press OK (scroll wheel) and the menu comes up. Scroll to the bottom of it to Tire pressure and press OK (scroll wheel) and the pressures show up on the MFD.
