Why are you selling?

Ah. See my other version of this post (don't ask ). Anyway, I decided to trade in ye olde Touareg recently, and I put my stock wheels back on before I handed it over, so now these wheels have nowhere to go. Yes, in retrospect, if I knew I was going to be selling it so soon, I definitely would have saved the $3500+ I spent on these. Oh well...

Stupidly, I forgot to snap a pic of my T-Reg before I took them off and traded it in. They looked damn slick though. One thing you can do is try the "show wheels on car" feature at TireRack.com. It does a pretty decent job.

What did you trade the treg in for?

 

What is the actual rim size? How deep are they?

Will you ship these? Or is it. Pick up only?

 

Unfortunately, with my Touareg gone I have no good way to transport them. Also, packing them up to ship via UPS would be problematic. I'd love to be able to pack them the same way Tire Rack sent them to me, but I lack the materials and equipment (large quantities of cardboard & a thermal strapping system).

So, the bottom line is that I'd VERY much prefer for these to be picked up at my residence and to have the buyer handle the details. There are various shipping outfits that will transport these wheels without the need for elaborate packaging like UPS. Arranging shipment may be somewhat expensive, but that's one reason why I'm offering these for so much less than I paid for them.

If anyone in Colorado is looking at these, I will be down near Austin around Thanksgiving with the truck and can probably being them back for a small fee.

 

depending on where this guy lives i could pick them up and send them out for who ever wants to buy them but only for a small fee, I live in austin.
