Update:

Found the leak, it was leaking in the bottom of the shock inside the rubber gasket.

So should i buy new ones or is it possible to repair?

Hi all, i´ve been at this issue for quite some time now and i´m out of ideas, so is the dealer.

Rear suspension is dropping by roughly 40% in height overnight and is completely empty after being parked for around 3 days. Both left and right suspension is lowering exactly equally much, front suspension is not affected.

Both me and the dealer have looked and listned for air leaks from compressor (which is just replaced with brand new one) to each shock without finding anything, no bubbles or hissing anywhere. Even though the dealer can´t find any leaks next step would be to start replacing rear shocks, one by one and see if it helps :/

Though both shocks looses exactly the same amount of air it leads me to believe that the leak is not in the shocks themself as i find the odds low that both shocks have failed and lets out exactly the same amount of air (that is if the pressure between left and right shock isn't interlinked somehow?)

Question: Is there any valve or similar before the rear shocks that may leak?

Edit: Doesn't seem to be anything between compressor and rear shocks

Welcome. That's an expensive issue. Cheapest way is to order a knock of shock from eBay/China. Cost around 4000 SEK. Functions about the same but it will not have full adaptive spring rates (from what I have heard).

Getting a used spare from Swedish scrap yards is also expensive and it will be prone to fail sooner than a new one...

Home - Arnott Air Suspension also has replacements. They also have rebuild kits that probably is the most economical thing to do.

Good look with the issue. Mine also leaks but it fills up when I start so I have stopped caring about it.. It will run as long as it can now..

Hey :)

I eventually got hold two used ones with low milage, i considered rebuilding them at first but it's really nothing I want to do without a lift.

I get it, but I would get that fixed asap or it may get really expensive. Mine lifts as well once i start it and have done so for the past year or so, and I didn't care either. The problem is that the compressor is not meant work that hard/frequently and eventually your compressor may fail just like mine just did and it totaled closed to $3000 to get fixed, which most likely was a direct result of the leaking suspension.

Wow. I feel sorry for you. It is not so bad to switch it out yourself by the way. But good to hear that you fixed it.

If I am lucky, I just have a leaky hose connector at right front strut. Gonna check it out some day but I have just fixed new tires and refurbished rims, egr and dpf work done and so on. Not so fun to throw all the money on it...
