I have had this program for years & it seems some people need this to calc tire size change.

Standard Touareg Tire Sizes:

255/60/R17 = 29.05" Dia. Wheel 7.5Jx17
255/55/R18 = 29.04" Dia. Wheel 8Jx18
275/45/R19 = 28.74" Dia. Wheel 9Jx19
275/40/R20 = 28.66" Dia. Wheel 9Jx20

Previous Posts state that the Touareg can handle tire diameters of 28.7 thru 29.5".

Gear Ratio Guide (Requires some interpretation and translation for theTouareg, but a good starting point)

Also note that not all tires in a certain size are necessarily the same diameter. It is important to check the specifications for a given tire choice with a good reference like the tire manufacturer's web site or TireRack.

I was just wondering if you ever managed to finish your Tire Size Calculator + Diagram for Excel? I used to have one on an older laptop, but believe I lost it when the hard drive crashed. Of course, trying to find something now is proving to be quite difficult, as everything seems to be an online only version using JavaScript or something like that. Not very much help for those of us that don't always have access to online solutions and need an offline answer!
