How do u go about removing it? I have stuff stuck down between the seat and the Console, and i want to take it out to clean out that area and then put it back. Any ideas?

Under the two front floor bolts and tip the seat back on its rear hinges.
There is no need to remove it.
Whilst you are doing this, check the date of your battery.
If it's the original in your 2004, then consider replacing it whilst the seat's up.
