Removed, simples 15 min job. Triple hex bit and 3 bolts either side 😁

 

I built my own roof rack after removing the racks from our 2008 T2. You just need to find some "T-bolts" that will work in the channels to attach any new set-ups. There may be off the shelf solutions that fit the Porsche Cayenne of the same vintage.

What's the model # of that Yakima platform? Just for future reference. Nice job!

 

Platform A - 1240mm X 1540mm (an extra 200mm could be done but you would have to order a longer platform and cut down to size).

 

Trying to remove the roof racks on my T2 facelift. Have removed all of the spline head bolts and rack is stuck from the rear end. Can't figure out which way to pull it. The front end of the rack has slid vertically upwards but the rear is just stuck. Any tips?
