They appear to be incorrectly installed, but would need a closer look to confirm. I would expect the bush to extend the same distance out from both sides of the bracket. if I get the chance I will have a look at mine today and come back to you.

Thanks Stuart,

The ride just doesn't feel firm enough since they did the work. I can even see they "fitted" some rubber piece on top...

The anti roll bar is just that - it stops body roll on corners and it should not affect the ride itself.

I know as I drove my Touareg for several thousand miles with the bar snapped!

The rubbers are separate items.

Did they do the links on the ends of the anti-roll bar?

To me they just rumble. All the suspension is in order, but the volume has been increasing and is intrusive. Can only be heard while driving slowly.

But they told me, that it goes with the whole stabilizer. I did not believe it and asked for.
Thanks for the reply.

Your garage's explanation does not sound right.

The anti-roll bar will not make any noise other than an occasional knock if one of the rubber bushes has gone so I do not understand a "rumble".

I think you might need to find a new garage.

I have been experiencing a similar "knock" when driving over speed bumps or making off-camber turns, which I can only assume is one of the sway bar endlinks popping out of it's joint when stressed enough. I looked at my mounts & the brackets appear to be similar to yours with the rubber only being exposed on the one side. I have never messed with the bar so I guess that is how they are supposed to be. FYI the endlinks are faily cheap from ECS tuning. I am crazy busy but I will update when I get them on.
