If the Porsche Cayenne had a TDI - I would have been tempted to get it
We can get the Cayenne here with the same V6TDI as in the Treg and there isn't a huge difference in price either. Depending on when I replace my current Treg, I'd seriously consider getting the Pepper, just because of the poor VW customer service and the poor resale value of the Treg. (Although resale has never really bothered me as I never buy new.)

I hate to say it, but the Pepper is really growing on me...

Either way, my next Treg/Pepper WILL have air, as I use mine off-road quite often, and yes, if I decide on the Pepper it WILL also go off-road... :D

Yea - if I did some real off-roading like you do - I would have gone air a second time once more but for me dirt paths is about it - but I do love your two tone paint....

wanna talk about depreciation - purchase Pepper ;-)

Yeah, I was going for the 2-tone. LOL
Subscribed to this thread pending resolution. Since the motor turns over fine and you checked the intake and found no muddy remnants, I can't imagine there is any ingestion problems. When I high centered my Treg last year, it got pretty peeved at me and triggered a drivetrain warning light as well as ABS code. Both went away after cycling the key. I too suspect some sensor is angry about your muddy hyjinx:grin:

YES! Besides the crazy ass Russians on You Tube with ex-military support vehicles, this is without a doubt the deepest mud I've seen a T-Reg in! I love these trucks!

Chains on some 3.2s have stretched.
