This unit is basically brand new
. It was installed in my 2008 touareg to replace a defective cd player, and after 4 days of use I had the dealership install a navigation unit. So, this 6 disk changer was used only 4 days and was both installed and uninstalled by the dealership. The unit worked perfectly the short time it was used and has no blemishes of any kind.
