Spacers / Lift kit / Ground Clearance.

Hey all, sorry, I'm heading down this rabbit hole! I know there's a lot of previous posts on similar subject but they all appear to be quite old at this stage. I wanted to reach out and see if there's any new ideas / options / solutions for this.

I have a stock-standard 2007 (7L) 3.0 V6 TDI. Trying to achieve a total ground clearance gain of approx 50-60mm for "intermediate" off-roading use.

I can get 25-30mm gain from Tyre upgrade - just need to find a sensible way to get a further 25-30mm.

I tried contacting the infamous Alex Gee in Australia (for his spacer product) but he seems to have gone dark since 2021.

I'm based on the Gold Coast, Queensland, Australia.

Any suggestions / recommendations / ideas would be much appreciated.

It's difficult and not planning to use him again as both spacers fit under springs which is not correct. I had clunking in front shocks over bumps, otherwise they would have been fine. I think a shock shaft extension is needed on front. I think this round 1.2" lift is better than 2" lift. This will bring it up to around the same height as the 7L trucks. 2" Maybe the forge motorsport instead of eurowise overpriced nonsense.
