2016 V6 gasoline engine.
Always had an erratic idle on cold start ups. Thanks to the threads on this forum I insisted the mechanic check for software updates and TSBs. He was confident it was a bad spark plug or ignition coil despite there being no codes.....
There was an outstanding software update, it was done at no charge and the erratic idle is no more.

Unfortunately, I had to pay for mine, even though it was outstanding as well! Mine was completed at dealership.

The last time I mentioned this at the dealership they gave me the deer in the headlights look and then said they didn't know anything about it. Needless to say I never got it done.
