Bentley publishers sell the ones for the US market (at least up to 2010 model year) and for ROW vehicles, you can go to erwin.volkswagen.de and buy a flat rate (one hour, 1 day options also available). And then just print all the material for the Touareg as PDFs (you can get that done in less than an hour).

If Bentley doesn't have the documents available for the 2014 US vehicles, then you can probably get them at erwin.volkswagen.de.

not giving VAG, the worlds largest automaker, another $35 for a PDF on a dead platform, just so you know what to torque the drain plug to is the best choice IMHO

The manuals I had downloaded before had broken links in the PDF files.
Made it difficult to find things.
