There's a system reset option in there somewhere. I can't remember which specific menu but it's there. It takes it back to factory config.

Factory Default Settings
That should bring up a list of sub functions that can be reset or cleared. I think one of the options in the list is similar to "Reset Everything". If you're selling the car, that's probably what you want.
