Well i purchased a bentley publishers dvd-rom shop manual 4 years ago and every other year it would expire and they would have to give me access again to it. Real pain in the you know what! Recently i tried to log in to my account and once again i cant access the shop manual i purchased?? Now they tell me its no longer available to me. Dont do business with this company,something very shady about them ?? So now im looking to purchase a nother factory 05 touareg shop manual , any recommendations ?? Thanks Scott

Very recently some members have reported issues downloading from Erwin and at least one is waiting to hear back from the site as to why access seems to have been cut back.
There is a "button" on the site that allows you to have a look around before spending 10 euros for the hour's access you need so try before you buy!

NAR and ROW are different sites... so what you guys experience may not be what we do.....
Lots of manuals have also been posted on here and other places already for that vintage, but people don't put any efforts into searches, etc.
