PRO-LINE DIESEL INTAKE SYSTEM CLEANER for EGR buildup?

Has anyone used this on their TDI?

I use something similar on my GDI vehicle but only every 25-30K or so. This is saying every service (10K?), which to me is a lot and would add up fairly quickly.

But cost aside, does it work and is it worth it?

EDIT: There is a video on the page but of course it doesn't show how many cans it took to clean that component.

It may reduce it a little but no spray can eliminate a heavy build up imho. On the later TDi engines it is easy enough to inspect & remove the crud manually. Most collects in the intake guide horn & swirler flap downstream of the EGR.

This is mine and after scraping it all out the performance was transformed.

Liquids in the intake will only do a small amount to combat soot buildup. Tearing down every 100k is more useful

Even if this miracle spray cleaned your intake, where do you think all that gunk in Cappy’s pic goes? Onto your valves and piston ring lands. You’re just moving the issue further, and potentially damaging others (ringlands, cat, DPF, sensors etc.
