Hi Linder,
I am currently driving a cayenne turbo and my v-10 Touareg will be delivered next week. My Tourareg is being delivered with 19" wheels. I actually have two sets of 18" wheels for the cayenne (my wife had a cayenne as well). I recently took one of the porsche wheels to VW to see if it would fit a Tourareg (as it is still not in my possession) and the VW's guys looked at it and said they would fit. I guess i can not be 100% sure until they are mounted but i plan on making the switch to "18" cayenne snows tires" for the winter. For the record, my cayenne with 19" wheels and tires was "undrivable" in the snow without the conversion to the 18's. I will let you know if i

Yo Linder - that wheel "fits" (bolt pattern, etc) but has an offset that pushes it further into the car rather than outboard. There was someone on here who posted these using nitto TG tires and he had to use spacers - I thought you were in on that thread - his were painted dark.

You should consider the vw Karthoum or the porsche ones on the hartman wheels website (I went and met the Hartman guys and would certainly trust buying wheels from them - it's a real shop doing real custom work mostly on audi)

Hartmann Performance Wheels - Porsche wheels, stock replicas

the page shows the rim you mention at the bottom and the one I'm talking about at the top.

Interesting, consider both stock v10 18" wheels and the ones pictured in Linder's initial post are both 18 x 8" wheels with a 57mm offset, why would ones push in more need spacers? Sounds like the spacer requirements were more a factor of the size of the tire being used. As for the wheel specs they are identical.

Also, Cayenne wheels will fit the Touareg, they use the same setup, (bolt patterns and offsets).

"difficult" was just a nice way of saying grammar, i.e. your post is written missing a few key items ending in "ing" which require one to figure it out.

FYI - the porsche rims WE are talking about have a 47mm offset. Sorry if you didn't know what we were talking about and for what purpose - the 57mm rims with 31.7" tires get a little tight on the inside so 47's will allow more room, 10mm is a lot when it's just rubbing.

Actually, the Porsche rims pictured are indeed a 57mm offset. You can see it in the picture. Also, I have confirmed it with the seller as well.

I perfectly understand offsets and tire clearance. The op only aksed if anyone has pictures of this wheel on a Touareg, not a discussion on which tire size and clearances.

Really, which picture? There are 2 Porsche rims above. The top one in OP is 57mm as I stated and the other one from porsche I showed is 47mm.

The VW rims are 57mm, Porsche rims in first post 57mm, and the Hartman wheels porsche rims are 47mm.

So, again the ones we were talking about, not the ones in the OP, are 47mm porsche replica rims. We left those already. Sorry to confuse
