Hi everyone!

I connected my brand new phatbox the way it is instructed in manuals but the two lights that should come on for 5 seconds when you first connect the phatbox never came on.
I also put in the fuse number 9 (for CD changer) because it was missing. No luck - when I press MIX button radio displays NO CD CHANGER. Obviously it does not
recognize the phatbox. I checked all the pins on the back of phatbox and on the cd changer harness in my touareg - they are not bent. I updated my DMS to the latest version but I am still at work and cannot check if firmware upgrade will help. Any suggestions deeply appreciated.

Did you contact Phatbox's tech support and ask them?

They also have a phone number, not toll-free though. They probably can't afford it by selling them at such a firesale price these days.

Spockcat, thanks for your reply, you've been very helpful on this forum and I learn a lot reading your posts.
Do you know by any chance which fuse should I use for CD changer (10, 20 or 30) and if number 9 slot is correct slot for it.
