Need to clean spray paint dots off plastic side skirt

Ok I ran over a can of spray paint on interstate and got blue all over my wheel, side skirt chrome and plastic.
I managed to rub off the paint dots on wheel and chrome rail using polishing compound. However the black plastic part won't go because of its rough surface.
Any suggestions? Paint solvent?

Graffitti-Off?

No idea if it will work or it it is even safe, but I have found a product called GRAFFETTI OFF sold at the local hardware store. I had the misfortune of having to remove graffitti off vinyl house siding. Work like a champ on paint that had been there for two days. No ill effects to the plastic. As always -- try a small test spot before doing to whole face.
