This is my first post here and first of all I would like to thank everybody that keeps this forum running! It's been really helpful and I've learned so much.
Now I'm hoping someone can help me with this or wondering if someone has experienced the same problem... A week a go I noticed that the MPG display went crazy. Instead of giving me an accurate readout of the mpg's as I was driving, it was spitting out random numbers. Since then its been like that. So i was wondering if there is a quick fix for this to save a trip to the dealership

I just bought the car at my local VW dealer, it's an 05 v6, luckily it's a certified "Pre-loved" touareg and I bought the extended warranty that covers the car for 4 years instead of 2.
