Model Identification

Hi All - I have had my Touareg a little over a year and I am thinking about doing some upgrades. However to get strated I need to figure out how to identify what packages I may have.

For example how do i tell if I have a 10 or 11 speaker sound system. How do I determine if I have the Premium 1 or II package?

Vehicle Specifics:
2007 V8
No Navigation
Std Suspension
Leather Seating
Xenons

Since i didn't buy it new I am not sure what was standard vs. optional equip. Any assistance or direction would be appreciated. If you need more information please let me know and I'd be happy to provide the necessary information.

Ryan, seems like you have the base V8, like me. I did swap out the radio and put in a Pioneer...same speakers.

Your friendly VW dealer can run off the build sheets for you if you ask nicely.

About 6 to 8 pages from memory and they will give you the full spec. of your car.

BTW, I have 11 speakers with Navigation, and have Sound Package 1 as per my codes, although I had once read a looong time ago, that Sound Package 2 is with Navigation. Anyways.......not that I care to find out about this discrepancy anymore, but anyone feel free to oblige
