Anyone know where to buy LED Error free reverse lights for a T1? I have them on all my other cars and I just love the look of them, such a clean look, I really think it upgrade the look of the car.

I know you guys just want to help, and I am rooting for you guys in every way. The VW electric system is tricky, I understand not sharing till it's done and tested. But how are you going to test it unless you have a Touareg? So how about this, I'll test it for you guys, if send it to me for free, and if it works I'll pay you, if not I'll send it back. I'll take a video again to show you guys if it works or not. I'm sure it'll be high quality and bright as the sun like the last ones where.

I'm also interested in purchasing super bright LED reverse lights. I've ordered front and rear signal lights from deAutoLED and I'm very happy with the front ones, rear ones haven't arrived yet.

They will be ready in a few weeks, we have another member testing but it would be great to have another, so far the resistor setup looks very promising and BRIGHT.

You have the T3 so there reverse lights should work on your car with no errors....

What about front turn signal bulbs? Any proven LEDs out there?

We suggest checking the bulb as it varies, even bulb guides suggest doing this (philips/syvalnia etc) we have the same bulb guide as the major brands as they all come from 1 company.
2016 front turns according to all bulb guides is:
PWY24W
listing for front turns - bright in direct sun light / error free / no hyper-flashing:

It is the (2) PWY24W [Amber] option in the drop down menu.
reverse:

Rear turn says 1156 - that can be found here:

(2) 1156/7506 option in the drop down menu
Again no hyper-flashing or errors.
All tested to be error free in your model and bright.

We personally do not feel some of the 2004 models are able to handle reverse LEDs, if anyone has a different setup with the bay9s bayonet style reverse you can email Support@deAutoLED.com for help.
We feel ground wiring or a different electrical setup is causing an issue but of course if anyone finds something different please share. We had this reverse work in other VW with the bay9s.
But if anyone else is interested in testing that would really help because so far we only had it in 1 2004 and we have seen variations between models that allowed our LEDs to work.

I will test on a 2013 with stock LED tails. I have your LED turn signals front and back and love those.

I agree DeautoLed I also don't think T1's or T2's can handle reverse LEDs...
