Hello,

Looking at purchasing a Touareg that has has the leather sagging on the door cards.

Is there any easy way to fix this? I've had two other Touaregs that did not experience this.

See pictures attached:

Do those leather parts come out of the door panel? I have not been able to get an accurate picture of the backside of the door panel.

Anyone dealt with this before? Any idea on costs associated?

Thanks for any help!

Mine is the same. There are solutions on ebay but I haven't tried any.
I removed the card to replace the peeling buttons so I know that the best solution is to remove and re-trim the door cards.
But the leather part is glued fixed with time use plastic kind of clips melted into the door panel. you cannot just unscrew, replace and screw back.

Sounds too complicated to fix something that's not a big bother anyway. The thing I'm worried about at the moment is the sagging headliner behind the sunroof. I'm scared to take it to an upholstery shop here where they will repair the sag, but may break plastic tabs and various other brittle and fragile "stuff" along the way....and not tell me about it. Like they did with my T1 :anger:

Throw me into the same group. All four doors have lost their adhesive.
