I'm driving an Offroad Grey, loaded V-8, with teak leather and vavona interior. I'm a retired petroluem geologist and stay-at-home Mom who loves dabbling in art and gardening. My husband, Craig  , and I plan to explore the backroads of Oregon and Washington in our trusty "desert nomad" hauling along three kids and a Chesapeake Bay Retriever!

New V10 in Portland

First week in my Off Road Grey/Anthracite Biodiesel V10. Clean air and sweet smells from the exhaust. I can't wait to wake up each day to hop in....and what a great forum....have already learned a lot about the little hidden features (or at least, less obvious features). I would also appreciate any suggestions on fun off roading around the greater Portland area.....and 100 miles in each direction. (':joy:')

Welcome Hanzon. When you do find those trails, take some pics and share them here. Also, you should post some info in the general forum about your experiences with biodiesel - it's a topic if interest these days.

Sorry for trying to be an active member of the CT community Alex. ;)

The post I responded to was on pg3(until after Yeti brought it up, I wasn't aware it was from '05). I certainly wasn't digging through 16 pages of threads for no reason. I was/am curious what hanzon was/is running for fuel. Looks like we need more community chatter in this West coast forum if '04 posts are still on page 3.

Again, apologies for trying to strengthen the CT community.

PS--Lurking out of your region I see? ;)
