Use the tool like the green star tool to remove the pins. Each pin will have a part that sticks out to stop the pin pushing out when mating the connector

 

Tried a different terminal/browser, works now.

I'd recommend something with handles that actually fit into your hands, like screwdriver handles. There will eventually be terminals that have jammed pins and you'll want something you can reef on, ergonomically.
