Any body have an idea why even when heater dialed up to the last only gets moderately warm after an hours driving , had a cold snap here recently only showed as a problem then ,cant put up with freezing feet much longer , wife an kids the same , afraid to go to dealer its the third problem since ownership(6 months), last one hill-decent brake sensor part not that bad but labor a killer. 05 tdi

I had an issue with a sensor in the HVAC system that read the temp of the air in the system. Mine was blowing cold on the drivers side and hot on the passengers side. Sounds like you could have the same problem.

Found a crack in egr cooler pipe which leaked fumes into engine bay thus filling pollen filter restricting air flow , removed filter problem over , pipe + new egr Pipe on order . Hopefully problem solved #-o
