Is your issue with finding one, or getting it installed? It’s a very easy part to replace, remove the front left wheel, remove the rear section of the fender liner, clamp the hoses, remove valve, installation is the reverse.

 

I was going to suggest the OP check Ebay for their area as I see a bunch of them available. Looks like a lot from Latvia. I don't know how shipping from there to them would be but from there to here in the U.S. it was like 2-3 weeks. I'm guessing China to Australia would be a better bet and I know I've ordered parts that had the VW logo scratched off that fit well, seemed OEM, and were cheaper (front lower grill).
