I want to hard-wire my Sirius radio (12 VDC), but I cannot seem to find the fuse box. I have searched the forum with NO LUCK! I did find where it is on the passenger side (somewhere) and to use one of the lower 3 fuses, is that correct? And will it turn on/off with ignition? HELP please!!

Look just to the of the dash console. The whole left SIDE panel of the dash pulls off to reveal the fuse box. (where the door meets the dash) Becareful not to scratch it with a screwdriver when you take it off. I would suggest using something softer or made of plastic. My dealership used a flat head screwdriver and left a big scratch across the panel that had to be replaced.

Scott, did you happen to look at the owners manual? The manual mostly sucks, but it does pretty clearly show where the fuse panels are.

Tahoe is correct, but it astounds me that he even had to answer this. Are you sure you want to attempt this install yourelf?

Thanks Tahoe for the info. 4x4s, I did look in the owners manual and I did not find it (I must be blind) and you are right the manual does indeed suck but I assure you I am more than cabpable to hook this thing up. Sorry to astound you.

What astounds me is the interior color combo in the above photo.
Looks like teak to me with some off color due to lighting or camera issues.
And the carpet color?
Anthracite, just like in the teak combo. But the lighting is making it look blue.

The color temperature of the showroom lights don't match the camera's built-in indoor (fluorescent, halogen and tungsten) white balance profile that is why the photo is tinted blue.

Thanks for the precise photographic terms. The Germans come up with some crazy color combos but I didn't think they would have blue carpet with an orange leather interior, unless they were University of Florida Gators fans.

It could also be your computer monitor color settings. Mine is calibrated for Photoshop 7.0 work (Color Sync Studio RGB) and the car seats show up as a funny tan color. If you and the others are seeing orange then we must have very different monitor settings.

For reference, this is what it's supposed to look like (ignore the paper on the floor, I took this picture five minutes after I got the truck):
