My dealer mentioned nothing about the flashlight.... is it standard equip for all variations?? If so, I'll see if I can get a G.B. shelf for the hassle... Wish me luck!

I got a flashlight included with the car at delivery....(in November)...
I got another one in the mail in January....
I got another one in the mail yesterday!!!?!
I've got flashlights plugged into both ports in the back as well as on the main console!
Please don't flame me. I'm off to buy a lottery ticket!

I have two flashlights. I find that having one in the rear compartment is very handy when camping or out at night at times

Just got my Flashlights
Brought my T-reg in for its first oil change and some onther minor gripes. Everything taken care of nicely. I don't really have to worry about the service dept at my dealership because they also sell and service BMW's (Can't get a BMW loaner though -- bummer -- had to settle for a Jetta). When I went to pick up my T-reg I saw my salesman to whom I had asked about the flashlight. He gave me a flashlight that he said he had pulled out of the Pheaton that was just delivered to the lot! When I got in my truck, lo and behold there was another flashlight in the socket that the service department had put in! Now my wife's Saab 9-5 wagon has a flashlight out of a $70,000 car!!!!

I bought my V8 in April and no one has sent me a flashlight. I just woke up to a dead battery though so maybe a flashlight isn't a good idea. Do we contact VWof A for the light?

i live in scotland the vw dealer didnt know about the flash light,until i showed a picture from treg central,will cost here 15pounds.
not standard spec in any uk model even v10 .
