I'm thinking about pulling the trigger on a 2010 FSI. The sticker price is 29K and the vehicle has 36K miles. The thing is packed to the gills with tech features. So, couple of questions for you enthusiasts.

1 - Is there any known issues I should demand be fixed prior to purchase? I saw something about the alarm in another thread. The comfort module? Anything outside of that?

2 - What about maintenance? Should I ask them to throw in a maintenance requirement coming up?

3 - How do you feel about the price?
