can anyone ID what this might be? 2013 TDI. I purchased used this summer. Only does this right after start and is somewhat inconsistent. My repair shop thinks maybe related to entertainment system and only VW has the software to fix. VW isn't sure and thinks it’s an after market alarm. No codes present. Have a video but can't figure out how to upload here?

With that said, where, if you were able to narrow it down does the chirp come from?
