Hi folks, I just started listening to CDs in my 2014 Touareg TDI Execline and found out the great audio system and how different it was to the iPod Music. But it is just a single CD player in the glovebox.

Is there a CD Changer somewhere on the car? I'm gonna keep using CDs now since it's so fuking good with the Dynaudio. I'm deleting all the songs on my phone.:p:p:p

no there is only one CD capacity ---I think the theory is that you can load your music on to a memory card and stuff it in vs using rotational media?I agree that mp3 / acc iphoe / ipod compression and format destroys the quality.
BTW the player also plays Video Discs ---- on the nav screen while the touareg is stopped

yea, I figured that it can play DVD while it's not moving, but what's the point of that:p i want it play DVD the whole time while I'm driving. Well I'll need someone change the CD for me for now before it releases the official CD changer for the new touareg. Hopefully 2015 has that kinda thing so we have the accessory.

I'm curious about the 6 CD changer also. The media menu shows a CD changer as a choice and the owners manual shows a unit in the rear on the side with the 12V outlet and seat release switches. It looks like a single slot - load the discs style. The dealer could not find any changer for the T3 in the parts/accessories list.
Unfortunately the standard audio in the T3 is pretty disappointing regardless of the source. My T2 had the standard radio - no nav - and the sound was possibly the best factory supplied car audio I ever experienced.
This is one of the top items on my disappointment list when comparing my T3 to my T2. The fixed rear window in the hatch is also near the top.

Have you checked the glove box? That's where you'll find the "media hub" with a CD changer and two SD card slots.

Edit. I should have read the earlier posts first. Sorry about that.
