I have a new 08 V6 FSI and have had no luck getting the Satellite radio activated.

I followed the instructions (see below), but the radio never displayed the ESN number. Any thoughts? My dealer is as perplexed as well.

• Enter Satellite Mode by depressing SAT button
• Use the TUNE knob to tune to channel 0
• 12 digit ESN will be displayed - WRITE THIS NUMBER DOWN

In my 08 V6, you open the trunk, and remove the right side wall cover closest to the rear (the 12v and inverter plugs side), you will see the Sat radio and with some twisting you can see the serial number. Same place the CD Cassette loader sits...)
