Gents,
I have an issue I have tried to read many posts here in this amazing fourm but I couldn't find how to do it,
Have Touareg 2015. 3.6L engine

1. Trying to connect my phone but unfortunately Bluetooth option not appear any more and when press phone button only mute the device gone through the fourm see that many people mention you need to reset the Bluetooth module under the front passenger seat unfortunately o couldn't find it at all I have searching in both seats nothing is there under the carpet many connection are there but don't know which one is it .

So if any one can help highly appreciated. I have RCH 550 unit without navigation.
