Long story:
Back in February, I was up north and got an AdBlue Fault - Car cannot be restarted in 200 miles error. I drove the car 250 miles home and swapped to my truck. When I got back south, I ordered a Rawtek DPF and SCR delete kit and a Malone tune for same. At this point in time I was getting no smoke out of the exhaust. I could not get the DPF pipe loose from the downpipe, but I found the SCR injector was clogged so I cleaned it out and put everything back together as stock. I drove the car with no problems for about a week, then took it into the dealership for an oil change, fuel filter change and tire rotation. I again drove the car for about a week with no problems then started on a 2000 mile trip. About 50 miles into the trip, I get an AdBlue Fault - Car cannot be restarted error, so I turned around and drove home and once again switched to my truck. I ordered the Darkside Developments downpipe. Upon return from my trip, I removed the old cats and DPF, blocked off the EGR at the turbo outlet and primary EGR Cooler inlet and installed the new exhaust pieces. I kept the secondary EGR cooler but just for the coolant, there is no exhaust gas routed through it. I installed the Malone tune. All good expect now I get a ton of blueish white smoke that smells like diesel fuel when the engine is cold. It goes away after 20 minutes or so but is in mosquito fogging mode until then. There are no codes (but a scan is attached anyway for the sake of the peanut gallery). To me, the most logical reason for the smoke is that I did something wrong when installing the new exhaust pieces. So my question is: what could it be? What could I have possibly done wrong to cause a ton of smoke to come from the exhaust? How can I determine what the reason may be? Obviously, with a tune and no Cats or DPF, I can't take it to a dealer so I am on my own here. Attached is a log of the injector cycle times. Do they look OK?
Any help would be appreciated.
