If you went through Vermont winters read ice melter they use on the roads and it's still in one piece that builds more confidence in mine with only 52000 Connecticut miles and aggressive ice melter on the highways too.

V6 Petrol miles and roof leak


55k miles on my 2006 v6 Petrol Toureg, and my roof leaks, has doen for a few years sunroof drians ok and one of roof rails resealed, drips in at rear just in side rear doors, am I the only one in the world with this problem.

Wow, have you had any trans problems and have you changed the trans fluid?

 

Propshaft replaced 40k only centre carrier bearing failed, other than that ok. Engine still silky smooth.

 

90k km on my 05 v6

 

06 V8 with 114,000. Air suspension is still acting up and i think my secondary air pump has now failed. Also the actuators on the flappers for intake manifold have seized. Mounts on the steering rack are shot. Auto function on the AC no longer works.

 

I have 122,000 on my 08 and going strong likes it brand new great car

Awesome longevity! It would take me 70 years to hit that odometer reading on my 2008 v8. Told my friends this would be my last "new" car....looks like it may just be my last "car" period!

Almost 249,000 on 2004 V6

 

My 2008 V6 has 34k, it will turn 5 years old next month. Just needed breaks at 19k and put tires on it at 32k. No other issues. 90% city driving in this desert. I follow the required factory maintenance schedule religiously.

I just turned 30K miles in my 2012 tdi

 

I had just over 300,000kms on my v10 when I sold it, only thing replaced was an alternator, never any other problems, all maintenance done by myself. The car was always driven hard, 50% on gravel, there was still lots of life left when I sold.

 

75,000 on my 2011 TDI. 30+ mpg on a regular basis in almost all driving conditions.
