I'm having recent problems in hearing navigation audio directions coming from the Waze app on my IPhone 11 going to the RNS850 via Bluetooth.

When I first installed the Waze app some months ago everything worked beautifully with navigation instructions and warnings coming via BT exactly like a normal telephone call, (Waze Voice and Sound setting is “Play as Bluetooth phone call”).
Recently during a trip, it started off normally however after a stop and restart I was no longer able to hear Waze except for a very faint sound coming from the app, adjusting volume does not alter the sound.

I have checked and rechecked all the Waze settings, reinstalled the app, contacted Waza support but nothing so far that I have done or they have suggested I do has worked.

Any suggestions or solutions how to fix the issue?

The app shows it was last updated on April 16, 2024.
I know you've been in contact with the developer of the app but could it be something w/the update?

That was a good thought you had, just checked and the date this issue happened was April 10th.

I'm hoping 'tis an IOS update issue and looking forward to the next update, maybe it changes something.
